Families on Mission

Sharing God's love together is sure to ignite a lifelong passion for missions in your family! Use these resources at home to reinforce what preschoolers are learning at church. Talking about and praying for missionaries will spark creative ideas for helping others in your own community.

WMU has developed resources that can help your family reach out to others.

Play and Learn June 2018

Enjoy God's Creation!

Take a family bike ride or walk around your neighborhood. Bring along a camera. Encourage your preschooler to look for things that God makes, and take pictures of those items.

Also, as you’re biking around, look for opportunities to invite children to your Vacation Bible School or an upcoming special event at your church.

When you return home, pray for the people you met along the way. Say: Mr. Gibbs rides his bike around his community to tell people about Jesus, too.

Print some of the pictures that you took. Your preschooler may cut them out and glue them to this page as a reminder of the beautiful things God makes.
