  • Place several bookmarks at the welcome desk in your church.

  • Ask church greeters to give bookmarks to members and guests as they enter the church on Sunday.

  • Make copies to give to parents in a church weekday preschool program or a women’s Bible study during the week.

  • Place copies at the check-out desk of your church library.

No Cook Play Dough

2 cups all purpose flour

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

12 cup salt

2 tablespoons cream of tartar

1 to 112  cups boiling water (add gradually to get good consistency)

food coloring (optional)

Mix the flour, salt, cream of tartar, and oil  in a large mixing bowl.

Add food coloring to the boiling water then pour into the dry ingredients.

Stir continuously until it becomes a sticky dough.

Allow it to cool down a few minutes.

Knead well for a couple of minutes, adding flour as needed until it does not stick to hands.

Stored in an air-tight container, this will last several weeks. Refrigeration also helps preserve the dough.
